The video below displays the frustration of the local people in the Northwest part of Haiti over the election results as they march in the street. The local candidates they voted for weren't the announced winners. So, they blocked the roads over this past weekend; coming and going to the cities of Bombardopolis and Mare Rouge. They cut trees down across the road. Some places they dug deep ditches across to make it impossible to drive through. They burned tires. They marched in the streets. The UN supposedly shot someone, and others were arrested and taken to Port-de-Paix. Rumor on the street also had it that someone's house was burnt down.
